As our service involves the creation of customized digital content that is delivered electronically within a short timeframe (typically within 48 hours), the statutory right of withdrawal may therefore be limited.
By placing an order, you expressly agree that we may begin processing your images and performing the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You also acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire once the service has been fully performed and the final enhanced images have been delivered to you.
If you choose to withdraw from this contract before the service has been fully completed, you are required to compensate us for the portion of the service already provided up to the time you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
Any payments already made will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via email at order@gourmetpix.com by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
